Dear nourisher Reader,
What if someone gave you a six-month nutrition protocol and promised you it would work if you follow it?
Do you believe it would work?
Do you believe it may not work?
I know these programs, they are awesome, well-researched, and have complete validity.
So why don't we follow them?
Do they feel too extreme? Or have we done them before and been let down?
The emotional component may be missing or you shut down that part of you to just get through the program to achieve it. We are wired to feel successful and productive.
I want to help us create our own program with some of these amazing parameters that can support us both physically and emotionally.
Phase 1: Nourish FIRST: If you go into a new program you may feel depleted and defeated already. So, trying to do it in an extreme manner is counterintuitive. The foundation of Conscious Nutrition is practicing 4-Meal Types and rotating them. We nourish our cells, balance our blood sugar, get hydrated, and THEN experiment.
Phase 2: FEEL: Ah man, your ego and psyche are going to go hog wild with trying to protect you from failure, CHANGE, and progress. Yes, your own mind will hinder you from making the changes necessary to shift your perspective and consciousness. You will be the observer of your own rebellious mind, operating system, and extreme conditioning. I share a few of my favorite resources to help you with this every day.
Phase 3: FAST: During a two-week period we will practice a 24-hour fast from dinner to dinner. This isn't a rigid strategy, however, a day you choose when your mind and body feel is aligned to give it a go! This isn't an extreme approach. It is a self-awareness and self-preservation process to help you get really intimate with your own mind and body.
This is an experiment combining nutritional science and our psychology of ourselves to better understand our bodies.
Why Intermittent Fast?
One word...Autophagy.
A-well regulated, orderly process to break down and recycle various cellular components. A type of self-renewal method.
Join me to bring in Intermittent Fasting GENTLY. We will address the cues your brain and body are giving you for which day is best for YOU to try a lighter day of eating!
Not a rigid schedule, but your own body's needs.
During the 14-Day Appetizer Course, we will ease in with the Conscious Nutrition 4-Meal Type program, gently reduce inflammatory foods, and try a 24-hour day of LIGHT eating or fasting.
The first call is July 18th with follow-up support for over TWO weeks. Email me for a few questions.
What fears come up for you?
My big one is:
I am going to over overeat that night and the next few days.
Ask this question: How true is that for me?
Not totally, it was a past issue when I use to binge after feeling restricted or deprived. And we just keep debunking all of the old fears that are holding us back.
Hope to see you and we debunk together!

If you do not want to expend energy on your relationship with food, support your nervous system differently.
What is Neurodynamic Breathwork?
We use deeper focused breathing, sustained for some time, in a safe space created by the facilitator, while listening to dynamic music to process and release emotions, connect to our intuitive and creative impulses, and improve health and well-being.
Come relaxed in your pajamas, you don't need to have your video on or talk.
Just receive and feel your Inner Intelligence.

Dear nourisher Reader, Have you ever said, "I will start tomorrow"? Then, right after this thought, do you discard taking your supplements, skip exercising or stretching, and then splurge on your favorite no-no foods? I ALMOST had one of those days yesterday. We had a proper, relentless rainstorm here in Southern California. Growing up in Nebraska, yesterday would have definitely been classified as a snow day. The good news is my tiny house held up well, phew:) I woke up early and had intense...
Dear nourishing hero Reader, How does a song go viral, or a new restaurant pick up customers so fast? The definition of collective consciousness: is a sociological concept that refers to common ideas, attitudes, beliefs, and knowledge that are shared amongst a social group, organization, or society. We can share similar preferences and cravings with each other. These preferences unite us and we feel seen, supported, and connected to our fellow humans. But then we also trigger the heck out of...
Dear nourishing hero Reader, Why is it that some days we feel we can take on anything and then others we want to stay curled up in a ball? As an avid seeker, trying ANYTHING new to feel hope and satisfaction, and wanting to be saved from outside sources, health protocols, diets, the next NEW thing or you name it, I decided to lay down the seeking addict in me and replace this by learning and practicing self-trust. These manic emotions, anxiety, co-dependent insecurities, and desperate...
