Dear nourisher Reader,
I DID it! By accident:)
So, I ate a great brunch the other day and then went along with my day staying curious if I was hungry or when I wanted to eat again.
I had a handful of strawberries and cucumber, oh yay, and a kombucha.
Then at 8:45, I decided to call it a day with “food”. I broke my light fast the next day with buckwheat bread a fun probiotic cream cheese, a few cherry tomatoes, and sprouts.
Did I do it perfectly?!! Heck ya!
Because we are the rules:)
The old rules are great parameters to play amongst, but ya all we are the Masters of our domain!
A few things I observed in my psyche...
Honestly, none of those is a bad thing in my book.
However, over time, my system was feeling congested. Now with the pause I gave it yesterday, I feel a bit less.
And I relaxed my rebellious mind a LOT. The thoughts such as...
that I couldn't or didn't want to do it.
The thoughts that say, why bother, what's the use?
What are yours?
Plus I wanted to try it once before our class begins next week!
